Alliance between the Spanish Red Cross and the Fundación Laboral de la Construcción, with its Women can Build project

On Friday May 11, we had a very positive meeting with the area of ​​Employment Plan and Social Intervention of the Spanish Red Cross to strengthen, even more, the synergies between the SpanishRed Cross and Fundación Laboral de la Construcción, through the project Women Can Build.

To talk about the incorporation of women in the construction sector, with equal opportunities to their peers, and about the gender training that trainers and trainers of Vocational Training and training needs to move with sensitivity and equitable approach to their knowledge, they maintained an extensive talk: Javier José Pérez Raimundo, technician of the Employment Plan-Social Intervention of the Spanish Red Cross; with Javier González López, head of the International Projects department of the joint entity; and Beatriz Oliete Galiano, technician responsible for the European project Women can Build.

In addition, the Foundation team also met Carmen Cárdenas García, from Alliances for the labor insertion of the Spanish Red Cross, to deal with future issues of Dissemination and Communication related to this institutional collaboration.
