Ente nazionale per la formazione e l’addestramento professionale nell’edilizia (Formedil) have published a interesting book (print and online) to talk about the gender difference in a national and European context.

The book is inspired by a research done by the training school  of l’aquila on the theme of women in seismic restoration sites, the low presence of women in the construction sector and problems related to cultural resistance typical of society and some sectors including that of construction and the european project Women Can Build.

These two works have allowed to collect some testimonies of women: entrepreneurs, trade union, workers in companies and representatives of training.
